Refund policy

Because X-13 stands and parts are made to order, we review returns and refunds case by case.

 

If your order arrives damaged or is missing parts, email support@nocturnaldefense.com with your order number and photos within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

 

If you need to cancel before production ships, contact us as soon as possible — we’ll refund if we haven’t started building your order.

 

Change-of-mind returns after production has started may not be available. Contact support@nocturnaldefense.com and we’ll confirm options for your order.
