Orders are made to order. Please allow about 2–3 weeks for production and shipping after you place your order.

We ship within the United States. You’ll get tracking by email when the order goes out. Exact carrier and rates show at checkout.

Replacements / accessories (poles, body, clips, stakes, etc.) follow the same made-to-order timeline unless noted on the product page.
